Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards through the secure checkout of our website.

Payment may also be made by check or money order. To pay by check or money order, please use the "Mail in Order Form" link at the bottom of your shopping cart page. Please allow up to 10 business days, from payment receipt, for order processing when paying by check.

WE DO NOT SHIP COD.

Sales Tax

A sales tax rate of 7% will be applied to all orders shipping to the state of Florida. Please note, the sales tax amount for orders shipped to Florida will not be reflected in your shopping cart total.

Minimum Order

We do not require a minimum order dollar amount. Items are sold in full case packs only.

Shipping

Most orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 1-3 business days and arrive within 10 business days. All orders are shipped via ground. We do not ship Next Day or any expedited methods. We ship to the continental 48 United States only.

Unfortunately, we do not guarantee specific shipment or delivery dates for any orders. Most orders contain multiple packages and may arrive over a period of several days.

Most smaller quantity orders containing smaller sized boxes are shipped FedEx Ground. Larger orders containing oversized packages are considered freight and ship via common carrier truck.

Ships by Truck Freight
Some oversized items, noted by "Ships by Truck Freight" can be shipped to commercial / business addresses only.
Freight shipments are delivered via a curbside service and will require someone to unload and receive all merchandise.

Please ensure you provide a complete deliverable, valid, physical shipping address, as shippers cannot provide delivery to P.O. Boxes or unoccupied addresses. All deliveries are made during business hours and will require a signature.

Undeliverable shipments will be processed as a customer return, according to the terms of our return policy (see below).

Returns and Cancellations

A 15% order cancellation processing fee will be charged to all unshipped cancelled orders.

Product returns are accepted within 10 days of merchandise receipt with an approved returned merchandise authorization number. All returned products must be in original and unused condition, with all packaging and will be subject to a 35% re-stocking fee. Shipping and freight charges will not be refunded. Return freight charges are paid by the customer. All returns must meet these terms for authorization without exception.

Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to ensure your products arrive without damage. Thoroughly inspect all packages for damage in the presence of the delivery personnel prior to acceptance.
If merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, or you suspect hidden damage, do not accept delivery.

If your shipment is partially damaged, note your delivery receipt, refuse the damaged portion of your shipment and email us at:

Description of the damage

Claims for damaged merchandise which has been received must be filed with the appropriate carrier.

Information obtained while processing your order is for our company records only. Delivery information is provided to shippers for delivery purposes only. We do not sell this information to any third party for any reason.
